Shipping policy

We use local courier companies to deliver your orders within the GCC. Included in GCC are: Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and UAE. Shipping rates are calculated at the end of checkout according to the total weight of the goods and the destination country.

CUSTOMS & DUTY are payable by the customer and vary by destination country. Here are some examples:

For Kuwait, it is 3.5 KWD  per shipment

Saudi Arabia imposes a 15% tax on the declared value of the shipment, along with an administrative fee of SAR 20.

Qatar charges a tax and administrative fee totaling QAR 45 if paid by the recipient.

Oman imposes a 5% tax on the declared value, in addition to administrative and customs clearance fees amounting to BHD 3.5.

UAE imposes a 5% tax on the declared value of the shipment, along with an administrative fee of BHD 1.1.

The topic of customs is generally complex, and calculating customs fees depends on numerous variables, making it difficult to predict charges accurately in advance. For this reason we prefer the recipient to pay these charges directly to the relevant authorities or shipping companies, who will handle the clearance process, pay the fees on behalf of the recipient, and collect the charges upon delivery.

Delivery times

Within Bahrain: All customers in Bahrain receive their orders within the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. Shipping is free of charge. If same day delivery is not possible, next day is guaranteed.

GCC customers: Orders placed by customers within the GCC will be processed the following day and handed over to the courier service by 11am. Depending on the destination country, the customer can expect the delivery to reach within 2 - 5 business days. Shipping timings are roughly estimated at checkout. Friday is a holiday for the courier service (no order processing).
